Deterministic and Semi-Stochastic PKPD Model for Sequential Therapy

Abstract

The repository contains all MATLAB scripts to generate the figures and underlying data of the manuscript 'Sequential therapy in the lab and in the patient'. The generated data is available at: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6653294. The repository contains further a README file, which describes the files as well as the data in detail. The folder 'Figures' contains all scripts to generate the figures in the manuscript and it's supplementary information. The folder 'Deterministic_Model' contains all function needed to generate the data of the deterministic PKPD model, described in the method section of the manuscript. The folder 'Hybrid_Model' contains all functions needed to generate the data of of the semi-stochastic PKPD model, described in the supplementary information of the manuscript.
