MATRIX Deliverable D-WP4.3 – Report on the implementation of the OH-EpiCap evaluation tool on several study cases

Abstract

The OH-EpiCap tool of the OHEJP project MATRIX is an interactive tool to evaluate the capacities and capabilities for the OHS of a specific sector and/or pathogen of choice. Additionally, the tool allows the benchmarking of surveillance capacities and capabilities for comparison. It is based on a standalone interactive web-based application (https://freddietafreeth.shinyapps.io/OH-EpiCap/). Based on the results of the OH-EpiCap evaluations conducted in the framework of the MATRIX project, this deliverable reports about the implementation of the OH-EpiCap evaluation tool on several study cases.
