The use of electromagnetic waves to transfer sound was new research a couple of centuries ago. This was followed by the use of this technology for radio broadcasts during the 1920s. Various efforts are made for use of radio for educational purposes and Keli-Kali is one such systematic effort to reach the unreached and remote schools of society using educational radio broadcasts. This article clears about the programme, how the scripts were written, the programme broadcast, objectives of the broadcasts, the scope of programmes and various activities to be conducted before, after and during the programmes. This article also suggests evaluation procedures, monitoring, radio-conference, action research, dissertation, documentation of reports in media etc.
