Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy ishda maxfiylik tushunchasi milliy qonunchiligimizda xalqaro arbitraj sudlari tomonidan maxfiylikka amal qilish qoidalari, xalqaro davlatlarda arbitraj sudlari yuritilishida xalqaro reglamentlar. konvensiyalar o’rni, AQSh, Belorussiya, fransiya, Kanada va boshqa davlatlarda arbitraj sudida maxfiylik prinsipiga rioya etilishidagi muammolar, xalqaro arbitrajda oshkoralik tushunchasi, oshkoralik va maxfiylik o’rtasida vujudga kelayotgan muammolar o’rganildi va ushbu muammolarni taraflar tomonidan bartaraf etish yo’llari ishlab chiqildi
