PENGGUNAAN MODEL TIPE TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR HIDROKARBON SISWA KELAS X SMA

Abstract

Penelitian penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada materi hidrokarbon terhadap siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Mataraman, bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan (2) keterampilan sosial siswa, dan (3) respon siswa terhadap penerapan model kooperatif tipe TGT. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Mataraman dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes hasil belajar, observasi dan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerapan model TGT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dari 71,21% pada siklus I menjadi 91,59% pada siklus II dan (2) siswa memberikan respon yang positif terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TGT.
