Abstract

Pada saat Pengawas melaksanakan Supervisi/Kunjungan Sekolah terhadap guru-guru PAI binaan di Kotabaru, terdapat permasalahan yang cukup mendasar, yakni umumnya.Umumnya guru-guru PAI di Kotabaru menetapkan KKM untuk mata PAI masih berdasarkan pada perkiraan saja tanpa memperhatikan hal-hal apa saja yang mestinya dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan pada waktu menetapkan KKM tersebut, padahal Kriteria ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) mata pelajaran ini sangat penting sebagai tolak ukur bagi guru dan sekolah dalam menentukan tingkat kemajuan dan keberhasilan belajar peserta didik untuk setiap mata pelajaran. Sehingga dipandang perlu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru PAI dalam menentukan KKM melalalui MGMP, karena melalaui Melalui wadah Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) inilah guru dalam suatu gugus sekolah berkumpul, berdiskusi membicarakan hal yang berkaitan dengan tugas mengajar/mendidik. Sasaran atau subyek dalam Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini adalah guru-guru PAI di Kabupaten Kotabaru berjumlah 10 orang. Tempat pelaksanaan MGMP di SMKN 1 Telagasari Kecamatan Kelumpang Hilir Kabupaten Kotabaru.Penelitian ini tindakan ini direncanakan menggunakan 2 siklus, terdiri dari 4 kegiatan, pertama perencanaan, kedua pelaksanaan, ketiga observasi atau pengamatan dan keempat refleksi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil yang sangat memuaskan karena sebanyak 8 orang (80%) guru telah memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menetapkan KKM mata pelajaran yang di ampu dengan perolehan nilai prestasi >_75, dan hanya 2 orang (20%) guru yang memiliki kemampuan yang cukup baik dengan perolehan nilai prestasi < 75. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini tidak diperlukan pelaksanaan siklus II.
