Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O’zbekistonning quruq subtropik mintaqasi (Surxondaryo viloyati) tuproq-iqlimi sharoitida yetishtirilgan anor navlari mevasining yirikligi, qanddorligi va degustatsiya bahosini qiyosiy o’rganish yuzasidan olib borilgan ilmiy tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan. Bunda anorning rayonlashtirilgan va istiqbolli Sulu-anor, Rubin Ispanskiy, Oleg, Vanderful, Myagkosemyanniy sladkiy, Vesna, Alisa, Yeni qirmizi, Yeni glyusha, Azerbayjan, Irandali, Qozoqi anor, Qizil anor (nazorat) kabi navlari iste’molbop yetilgan mevalarining diametri, sharbatidagi qand miqdori va ta’m sifatlariring degustatsiya bahosi qiyosiy taqqoslangan. O’rganilgan kollektsion anor navlari orasida Vanderful, Myagkosemyanniy sladkiy, Qozoqi anor, Qizil anor navlari mevasi va anor donalarining yirikligi, vaznining kattaligi va ta’m sifatlarining yuqoriligi (4,4-4,6 ball) bilan ajralib turgan
