Abstract

FIGURE 3. Phylogenies illustrate the highest likelihood trees resulting from maximum-likelihood analysis of COI and LSU alignments. Ultra-fast bootstrap values>70% are labeled at nodes. Terminals are labeled with GenBank numbers and abbreviated sampling locality. MF = Madrid Falls, CSC = Crawford-Smith Canyon. Type localities are indicated with an *. Species delimitation results are indicated with a filled circle at the node to indicate both measures supporting that node. LSU alignment included to illustrate indels in some individuals of P. harrymilleri, P. rubra, and P. metcalfi, and the lack of other sequence variability. Gray = identical bases, colors indicate nucleotides, A = red, C = blue, T = green, G = orange.
