Статья посвящена вопросам, касающимся организационно-правовых вопросов формирования межведомственной следственно-оперативной группы. Сделана попытка обосновать необходимость поднять уровень ответственности руководителей СОГ, одной из целей которых является расследование сложных преступлений. Совместно с руководством органов, осуществляющих оперативно-розыскную деятельность, следует выработать единообразный алгоритм создания и функционирования СОГ. Обращено внимание на существующие в этом отношении проблемы правового и организационного характера, а также предложены пути их решения с учетом современного состояния законодательства и тенденций развития преступности. The article is devoted to issues related to organizational and legal issues of the formation of an interdepartmental investigative task force. An attempt is made to justify the need to raise the level of responsibility of the heads of SOG, one of the goals of which is the investigation of complex crimes. Together with the management of the bodies carrying out operational investigative activities, it is necessary to develop a uniform algorithm for the creation and functioning of the SOG. Attention is drawn to the existing problems of a legal and organizational nature in this regard, and ways of solving them are proposed taking into account the current state of legislation and trends in the development of crime.
