Возникновение кризисных ситуаций, степень тяжести и продолжительности их последствий всегда связана с недостаточной компетентностью в вопросах управления социально-экономическими системами лиц, принимающих управленческие решения. The article considers the impact of the management crisis on the sustainability of the organization. The emergence of crisis situations, the severity and duration of their consequences are always associated with insufficient competence in the management of socio-economic systems of persons making managerial decisions. Therefore, the issue of special training of such persons becomes relevant, necessary and paramount.
