Lerncoaching in der Regelschule als Angebot der Schulischen Heilpädagogik

Abstract

Die vorliegende Arbeit hat zum Ziel, verschiedene Aspekte des Lerncoachings im Aufgabenfeld der Schulischen Heilpädagogik zu erforschen. Basierend auf der Literaturrecherche zum erfolgreichen Lernen wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie Lerncoaching in der Regelschule zielführend umgesetzt werden kann. Aus den Erkenntnissen wird ein Lerncoaching-Konzept mit Fokus auf die Lernmotivation, das schulische Selbstkonzept sowie die Anwendung von Lern- und Organisationsstrategien entwickelt und mit einer vierten Primarschulklasse mittels Anwendung des Coaching-Leitfadens und des Lern-Pads erprobt. Die qualitative Datenanalyse zeigt insgesamt einen positiven Einfluss des Lerncoachings auf die verschiedenen Bereiche des Lernens der gecoachten Schülerinnen und Schüler. Aus den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen kann ein Beitrag für zukünftige Lernberatung und Förderung im Rahmen der Schulischen Heilpädagogik geleistet werden.
