Thematische Evaluation des Hans-Fitze-Hauses - Zentrum zur sozialen Integration suchtgefährdeter Menschen

Abstract

Mit vorliegender thematischen Evaluation wird das ESF-Projekt „Hans-Fitze-Haus“ insbesondere hinsichtlich Zielerreichung und Wirksamkeit analysiert und bewertet werden. Dabei wird die Evaluation im Sinne des Bewertungsplans des Hamburger ESF-OP 2014-2020 einen konstruktiven Beitrag zur möglichen Weiterentwicklung des Projekts leisten. Die Evaluation verfolgt einen überwiegend qualitativen, theoriebasierten Ansatz. Datenquellen sind neben vorliegenden Monitoringdaten und Projektdokumenten vor allem Interviews mit den Mitarbeitenden und Stakeholdern aus dem Umfeld des Projekts sowie eine schriftliche Kurzbefragung der Nutzer/-innen. Mit der Evaluation werden verschiedene Evaluationsfragen adressiert. Ein zentraler Schwerpunkt wird dabei auf die Zielgruppenerreichung und den Mehrwert der Teilnahme an dem Projekt für die Nutzer/-innen gelegt. Dabei stehen die konkreten Effekte aus den personenbezogenen Aktivitäten im Fokus der Untersuchung. Betrachtet werden zudem sozialräumliche Effekte.
