TRAFFICKING IN MINORS: RESEARCH PROBLEMS

Abstract

In the scientific article, the author examines theoretical issues concerning the development of Russian criminal legislation providing for liability for trafficking in minors and the use of their slave labor. International legal acts on human rights regulating the fight against trafficking in minors are also considered.
