PROCEDIMENTOS INJETÁVEIS GUIADOS POR ULTRASSONOGRAFIA

Abstract

As variações anatômicas entre indivíduos são a principal objeção na segurança dos procedimentos estéticos injetáveis, bem como, o histórico e a localização de procedimentos permanentes ou transitórios predecessores desconhecidos, são objeções a aplicações estéticas completamente seguras. Visando solucionar estas objeções e aumentar a segurança dos procedimentos o uso da ultrassonografia vem sendo incorporado as aplicações estéticas na investigação dérmica antes, no planejamento do tratamento, no decorrer dos procedimentos injetáveis, e no pós procedimento para monitorar resultados e tratar possíveis intercorrências. Este estudo tem como objetivo ilustrar o uso da ultrassonografia no auxílio as aplicações estéticas e médicas injetáveis, a fim de maximizar a segurança e o êxito nos procedimentos, minimizar intercorrências destes procedimentos, ajudando ainda, a mapear os procedimentos previamente realizados em caso de uma intercorrência e auxiliar na solução desta. Os métodos empregados para execução deste projeto são revisão bibliográfica de estudos científicos obtidos pelo Pubmed, e literatura técnica referente ao tema escolhido, além de consulta a profissionais que utilizam a ultrassonografia estética em sua prática clínica. Esperamos com este projeto definir parâmetros de uso da ultrassonografia em procedimentos injetáveis a fim de atestar a segurança e os benefícios desta técnica motivando seu uso em larga escala nos consultórios estéticos.
