Abstract

A thesis about "History of civilization and the idea of Europe" still current: Europe and its underlying ideas can be problematically analyzed as resulting from a dynamic evolutionary process: accelerating a global mono-polarity to be realized or disruptive, as a wedge, bi-pluri-polarity already realized.
