Gelebte Achtsamkeit in der Primarschule. Eine systematische Literaturarbeit über die Möglichkeiten zum Aufbau emotionaler Kompetenzen durch Achtsamkeit

Abstract

Diese Literaturarbeit beleuchtet die Möglichkeiten eines achtsamen Unterrichts in der Primarschule und seine Auswirkungen auf die emotionalen Kompetenzen. Mittels einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse von 16 ausgewählten Texten aus Büchern und Studien zum Thema wird der folgenden Fragestellung nachgegangen: Welche Möglichkeiten bietet ein auf Achtsamkeit basierender Unterricht für die Kinder in der Primarschule in Bezug auf ihre emotionalen Kompetenzen? Als Ergebnis wurde sichtbar, dass auf den emotionalen Kompetenzen soziale Kompetenzen und ein besseres lernförderliches Klima erarbeitet werden können, was sich positiv auf die Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung der Kinder auswirkt. Wie sich herausstellte bildet dabei eine offene, achtsame Haltung der Lehrperson eine wichtige Basis. Hierzu wurde ein Modell entwickelt, um dieses Konzept vorzustellen, das die Wichtigkeit der Lehrperson als Vorbild in den Vordergrund stellt.
