Abstract

Zakot oluvchilarning yangi o'zgartirgan toifalaridir. Selangorning o'nta tumanidagi yangi konvertatsiya qilingan toifadagi zakot oluvchilar bilan bog'liq birlamchi ma'lumotlarni yig'ish uchun oddiy tasodifiy tanlab olish tartibi qo'llaniladi. Qashshoqlik xaritalari to'plangan ma'lumotlar asosida tuziladi. Bular tanlangan ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy o'zgaruvchilar kontekstida qashshoqlikning eng ko'p zarar ko'rgan sohasini tekshirishga yordam beradi . Zakot taqsimotining qashshoqlikka ta'siri kambag'allik yuki doirasida tahlil qilinadi ; ayniqsa qashshoqlik darajasi, intensivligi va jiddiyligi nuqtai nazaridan. Ular kambag'allikning to'rtta asosiy ko'rsatkichi bo'yicha tekshiriladi, ular orasida bosh soni indeksi, o'rtacha qashshoqlik farqi, daromadlar farqi va Sen indeksi mavjud. Zakot taqsimotining daromadlar tengsizligiga ta'sirini o'lchash uchun ushbu tadqiqotda Gini koeffitsienti va Lorenz egri chizig'idan foydalaniladi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, zakot taqsimoti qashshoqlik darajasini pasaytiradi, qashshoqlik darajasini pasaytiradi va qashshoqlik og'irligini kamaytiradi. Biroq, Selangorda zakot taqsimotining amaldagi amaliyoti kambag'allarning daromadlarini oshirishga ozgina ta'sir qiladi. Demak, kambag'allikni bartaraf etish va muqobil zakot taqsimot modelini taklif qilish uchun zakot taqsimotining mukammal miqdorini aniqlash daromadlar tengsizligini kamaytirish va ijtimoiy farovonlikni maksimal darajada oshirishning eng yaxshi usuli hisoblanadi. Ushbu tadqiqot daromadlar tengsizligi va qashshoqlikdan eng ko'p zarar ko'rgan guruhni aniqlashga muvaffaq bo'ldi, kam zakot resurslaridan samaraliroq va samarali foydalanish siyosatiga yo'l ochadi.
