Abstract

Ein wesentlicher Schritt auf dem Weg in den Europäischen Forschungsraum ist der Aufbau eigener Expertise samt entsprechender Systeme zur EU-Förderung. Der Forschungsadministration kommt beim Aufbau von praktischem Wissen und sozialem Kapital eine aktive Gestaltungsfunktion zu.
