This article is devoted to determining the extent to how many Alisher Navoi used the holy book of Islam - the Koran in his work "Mahbub ul-Kulub". In particular, with the help of examples, it is investigated that the poet quoted the whole or a fragment of a verse from the Qur'an in fourteen places using the art of quoting in order to prove his opinion and increase its effectiveness, and in all other places the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an or reference to any ayat. The author scientifically substantiates that the role of the Koran and its influence in the work of Navoi is a factor that determines the worldview, faith and skill of the great poet.
