This R code reproduces all analyses and results presented in the manuscript titled "Prevention of non-ventilator-associated hospital-acquired pneumonia in Switzerland: a type 2 hybrid effectiveness–implementation trial" by Wolfensberger A. et al., 2023. The study protocol was also published. Data analyzed by this R code are also available on zenodo and are linked as a related identifier.
Most important changes to the previous version of the R-code: - changed names of data files that are read by the code to match names of the files uploaded (related identifier)
