DETERMINAN AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA

Abstract

Kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi transparansi, kompetensi aparat desa, dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan dana desa di Lahat Selatan, kabupaten lahat. Populasi penelitian yaitu pengelola dana desa pada 10 desa di kecamatan Lahat Selatan (50 orang), dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Temuan, secara simultan maupun parsial transparansi, kompetensi aparat desa, dan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana desa.
