It is crucial to retain employees which are selected through rigorous selection procedure by HR. Employees are given training to achieve vision, mission and goals of the organization. Crisis should be handled carefully and professionally as per the crisis management policy. Employee Engagement gives sense of belongingness to employee so that the employee will feel happy, satisfied, committed, healthy, responsible, safe, caring etc. This is to understand whether Employee Engagement will have same or different impact on the employees during crisis situation because employer limits their expenditure on certain types of expenses and employee welfare is one of them, hence the employees are given intangible rewards in form of appreciation and job enrichment.
