Anwerben, Einarbeiten, Halten von Drittstaatsangehörigen in der Hotellerie und Gastronomie

Abstract

Im Rahmen einer lokalen Fallstudie in Bayern wurde im EU-H2020 Projekt MATILDE die nachhaltige Beschäftigung von Personen aus Drittstaaten in ländlichen Räumen untersucht. Betrachtet wurden die Phasen des Anwerbens, der Einarbeitung und des Haltens am Beispiel der Hotellerie und Gastronomie im Berchtesgadener Land (BGL). Mithilfe eines partizipationsorientierten und multiperspektivischen Forschungsansatzes wurden Unternehmen, regionale Akteure sowie die Neuzugewanderten selbst einbezogen. Der Bericht skizziert die wichtigsten Maßnahmen in den drei Phasen und legt Handlungsoptionen dar. Zudem werden diese Ergebnisse durch Erfahrungen eines good practice-Beispiels im Landkreis Bernkastel-Wittlich (BKW) in Rheinland-Pfalz angereichert, das im Rahmen des Programms „Land.Zuhause.Zukunft – Integration und Teilhabe von Neuzuwanderern in ländlichen Räumen“ der Robert Bosch Stiftung GmbH finanziert und in Zusammenarbeit mit Kompetus Management Consulting GmbH zwischen 2020 und 2022 umgesetzt wurde.
