Abstract

ИНФОРМАТИЗАЦИЯ МЕХАНИЗМОВ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ АГРОПРОМЫШЛЕННЫМ КОМПЛЕКСОМ ДОНЕЦКОЙ НАРОДНОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ / О. Ю. Савченко ; ГОУ ВПО "ДОНАУИГС" // Менеджер. - 2022. - № 3. - С. 10-16. В статье обоснованы основные направления информатизации механизмов управления агропромышленного комплекса в Донецкой Народной Республике. Рассмотрена существующая на данный момент схема работы с информацией для принятия управленческих решений в Республике, раскрыты её слабые стороны. Обоснована необходимость создания информационного центра для хранения, обработки и анализа поступающей информации, организации эффективного межотраслевого взаимодействия, организации функции планирования и контроля деятельности всех компонентов отрасли и как следствие – принятие эффективных управленческих решений. Выявлены основные инструменты, рекомендованные при создании информационного центра для организации деятельности, планирования, контроля, осуществления эффективного межотраслевого взаимодействия, принятия качественных управленческих решений в агросекторе. INFORMATIZATION OF MECHANISMS FOR MANAGING THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF THE DONETSK PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC / O. J.SAVCHENKO ; SEE HPE "DAMPA" // Manager. - 2022. - № 3. - Р. 10-16. The article substantiates the main directions of informatization of the management mechanisms of the agro-industrial complex in the Donetsk People's Republic. The current scheme of working with information for making management decisions in the Republic has been considered, its weaknesses have been disclosed. The need to introduce an information center for storing, processing and analyzing incoming information, organizing effective intersectoral interaction, organizing a planning and control function from the activities of all components of the industry, and as a result, making effective management decisions, is justified. The main instruments recommended during the implementation of the information center for organizing activities, planning, monitoring, implementing effective cross-sectoral interaction, and making high-quality management decisions in the agricultural sector were identified.
