Digitales Kulturelles Erbe als Wirtschaftsfaktor im Kulturtourismus

Abstract

Das Ziel des Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekts „Digitales kulturelles Erbe als Wirtschaftsfaktor im Kulturtourismus“ ist es, Daten aus verschiedenen Kulturportalen mit touristischen Plattformen zu verknüpfen, um die Attraktivität der kulturtouristischen Angebote zu verbessern und so den Tourismus Cluster als Ganzes zu stärken. Grundlage hierfür sind konzeptionelle Überlegungen zur Entwicklung einer entsprechenden Infrastruktur, die die technischen und organisatorischen Grundlagen für die Verknüpfung bietet. Im inhaltlichen Fokus des Projekts stehen einerseits Portale, welche digitales Kulturerbe zur Verfügung stellen und andererseits die Tourismusplattform Reiseland (TMB). Im Projektzeitraum 2/2020 bis 10/2022 wurden inhaltliche und technische Analysen der Ausgangsplattformen durchgeführt sowie prototypische Ansätze in den Bereichen Informationsintegration und digitale Bestandssicherung für die Darlegung einer künftigen Umsetzbarkeit entwickelt. Zudem erfolgte eine ausführliche Betrachtung des Aspektes Open Access in Bezug auf die digitalen Daten und Objekte aus dem Kulturerbe im Kontext der wirtschaftlichen, touristischen Nachnutzung. Hierfür erfolgten Daten-, Prozess- und Systemanalysen der Infrastrukturen der Portale im Bereich kulturelles Erbe sowie die Analyse der Datenmigration zwischen dem digitalen Kultur- und dem Tourismusnetzwerk.
