This article discusses the importance of providing legal assistance to business entities as one of the types of advocacy and some of its scientific and theoretical issues. Also specific aspects of the provision of legal assistance by lawyers to the process of doing business by business entities are highlighted, which distinguish them from other types of advocacy. The author analyzed the opinions of Uzbek and foreign scientists regarding the provision of legal assistance to business entities and entered into a scientific discussion. In particular, some problems of providing legal assistance to business entities are analyzed in detail and scientific and theoretical conclusions are made.
