Abstract

Recently, the factors of globalization are increasingly viewed not as threats, but as opportunities to stimulate economic growth. Mechanisms and consequences of integration processes are particularly important and relevant in expanding the field and influence of interstate associations. The constant strengthening of economic globalization in the conditions of the economic crisis, which is taking place not only in Ukraine, but also in other countries of the European Union, encourages sustainable development. European integration is focused on the very practical aspects of the formation of such a state policy aimed at improving the lives of the population through the development and implementation of an effective system of sustainable development goals. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the economic and social components of the strategy of sustainable development in the conditions of war and European integration of Ukraine The article examines the main aspects of sustainable social and economic development of Ukraine. The peculiarities of socialization of development policy are explained. The features of adaptation of domestic policy to the requirements of the common policy of the European Union are considered. As a result of the study of the genesis of the economic and social components of sustainable development, it is possible to recognize the importance of these phenomena for Ukraine. Sustainable development in the context of European integration is an unconditional strategic task for the government of Ukraine. War has been studied as the main problem that currently prevents the achievement of the goals of sustainable development and determines the need to revise their hierarchy and relationships between them. It is shown that European integration processes are determined by trends in the development of the world economy and are characterized by high heterogeneity in the territorial aspect. Data are presented that indicate significant disparities in the achievement of social and economic development of Ukraine. It was revealed that Russia's military aggression against Ukraine caused even greater financial, economic and social crises. In particular, the fact that military actions always reduce the quality of education and the provision of medical services in the country. The article analyzes and interprets the interaction of various goals of sustainable development, which will contribute to the accumulation of knowledge, the study of policy and the creation of prerequisites for forecasting the consequences of future interactions: the synergy of the goals of sustainable development should be defined in the developed directions of the national recovery strategy of Ukraine and reflected in its implementation plan.
