Abstract

Bugungi kunda jinoyatchilikka qarshi kurashish amaliyotida ozodlikdan mahrum qilish jazosini qo‘llashni cheklash muammosi davlatimiz uchun juda dolzarbdir. Jahon sivilizatsiyasi, ayniqsa, Yevropa sivilizatsiyasi xalqaro standartlarni ozodlikdan mahrum qilishning muqobilligi sifatida emas, balki birinchi navbatda qo‘llanilishi kerak bo‘lgan ozodlikdan mahrum qilish bilan bog‘liq bo‘lmagan asosiy jazo sifatida ko‘rmoqda.
