Abstract

Мазкур мақолада муаллиф коррупция тушунчасининг мазмун-моҳияти, республикамизда коррупцияга қарши кураш йўналишида қабул қилинган норматив-ҳуқуқий ҳужжатлар ва амалий чора-тадбирлар таҳлили, ушбу иллатнинг давлат ва жамият манфаатларига зарари, унинг олдини олиш олиш ва чек қўйиш бўйича миллий ва хорижий давлатлар тажрибаси баён қилинган. Шунингдек мақолада муаллифнинг хорижий давлатларнинг илғор тажрибаларини ўрганиши асосида республикамизда коррупцияни олдини олиш ва унга қарши курашиш борасидаги фаолиятини такомиллаштириш юзасидан таклифлари ифода қилинган.
