Moisture damage is one of the major causes of deterioration of asphalt pavement, which may lead to stripping which leads to reduction in pavement service life. The use of anti-stripping additives is the general way to improve the moisture resistance of asphalt mixture. This paper is aimed to determine the effects of zycotherm in improving moisture susceptibility of asphalt mix. Modification is done by using 0.03-0.15% zycotherm in mix. Moisture susceptibilities were determined using water boiling, modified Lottman and retained stability tests. Results showed that the mixture containing 0.1% zycotherm had the best performance.
