Abstract

Ҳуқуқий экспертиза – лойиҳаларнинг Ўзбекистон Республикасининг Конституцияси ва қонунларига, уларга нисбатан юқорироқ юридик кучга эга бўлган бошқа қонун ҳужжатларига, мамлакатда олиб борилаётган ислоҳотларнинг мақсад ва вазифаларига, қонунчилик техникаси қоидаларига мувофиқлигини, шунингдек ҳавола қилувчи нормалар қўлланилишининг асослилиги ва мақсадга мувофиқлигини текширишни амалга ошириш билан боғлиқ жараён.
