We evaluate ApkDiffer on 50 Andorid app from F-Droid, we randomly select 50 apps from the F-Droid repository. For each app, we download the source code of three released app versions (i.e., Vα, Vβ, Vγ), with constant version gap between them (i.e., Vβ=Vα+1, Vγ=Vα+5). With these app versions in hand, we construct two benchmark datasets for method alignment: Dataset∆1 contains true method mappings between Vα and Vβ of all 50 apps. Dataset∆5 contains true method mappings between Vα and Vγ of all 50 apps. Dataset∆1 contains true method mappings between Vα and Vβ of all 50 apps,Dataset∆5 contains true method mappings between Vα and Vγ of all 50 apps. The folder of each app contains three different versions of apk files, three mapping.txt files for restoring information before obfuscation, and two gt files containing true method mapping.
