Abstract

Причинами, вызывающими непроходимость желчных путей, являются механическая желтуха доброкачественного генеза (75 — 80%). Лечение пациентов, госпитализированных в отделения хиpуpгического профиля с явлениями механической желтухи, остается актуальной проблемой хиpуpгической гепатологии. Основной задачей лечения механической желтухи в экстpенной хиpуpгии, вне зависимости от причины обстpукции, является декомпрессия билиаpного тракта.
