Abstract

G‘o‘za tolali o‘simliklar orasida muhim strategik ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan qishloq xo‘jaligi ekini hisoblanadi. G‘o‘za o‘simligini yetishtirishda so‘ruvchi zararkunandalar g‘o‘za hosildorligiga salbiy tasir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu maqolada so‘ruvchi zararkunandalarga chidamli namunalarni qishloq xo‘jaligida ishlab chiqarish talablariga javob beradigan, ammo zararkunandalarga chidamsiz bo‘lgan g‘oza nav va namunalari o‘zaro chatishtirilgan, hamda chatishtirish natijasida olingan duragay avlodlarda chidamlilik belgisining irsiylanishi o‘rganilgan. Bunda ota ona sifatida tanlab olingan navlar va ularnig duragaylari dala va issiqxona sharoitida ekilgan. Issiqxona sharoitida maxsus boxlarga ekilgan namunalar asosiy so‘ruvchi zararkunandalardan biri hisoblanadigan zararkunanda Tetranychus turkestani bilan zararlantirilgan va ota ona namunalari va duragay avlodlarning zararlanish darajasi kuzatilib bu orqali chidamliligi o‘rganilgan. Shu bilan birgalikda namunalar tabiiy dala sharoitida ham o‘rganilib zararkunandalarga chidamliligi aniqlangan. Olingan natijalar tahlil qilinib ota ona formalari va duragay avlodlarning so‘ruvchi zararkunandalar bilan zararalanish darajasi, hamda chidamliligi o‘zaro taqqoslangan. Tajribalarni olib borishda klassik va zamonaviy metodlardan unumli foydalanilgan. Natijada o‘rganilgan namunalar va ularning duragaylari orasidan so‘ruvchi zararkunandalarga bardoshli boshlang‘ich manbalar tanlab olingan.
