Abstract

Davolash xuruj turini hisobga olgan holda bitta dori vositasi (monoterapiya) bilan boshlanadi. Tonik-klonik, tonik, klonik, mioklonik, tarqalgan xurujlarda asosan fenobarbitol, benzonal, gliferal, difenin (fenitoin), karbomazepin (finlepsin, tegretol, stazepin, geksomidin (primidon), natriy volproat (depakin, konvuleks) qo‘llaniladi. Murakkab tutqanoqlarda shifokor preparatni to‘g‘ri belgilashi kerak. Uning dozasini belgilashda xuruj vaqtida nojo‘ya ta’sir ko‘rsatmasligini hisobga olish kerak. Birdan ortiq yoki juda kam dozani buyurish tavsiya etilmaydi.
