In this dataset we manually reproduced and we share as a shape file the flood extent derived by the National Observatory of Athens BEYOND team, through the processing of a WordlView-4 satellite high resolution (31 cm) image on 21/11/2017 and with ground observations, of the flood event which hit Mandra, Athens, Greece in 15th of November 2017 (Bellos et al., 2020).
