La indagación en la construcción de situaciones de aprendizaje corresponde a las proposiciones teórico metodológicas en la dimensión pedagógica de la Educación Ambiental para la Sustentabilidad (EAS). Los modelos analíticos pedagógicos sirven como instrumentos de descubrimiento y tienen pertinencia en cuanto representan propiedades o relaciones de la realidad educativa, estos permiten conceptualizar la situación y delimitar que elementos están o no presentes y el papel que toman dentro de la interacción. El modelo de interacciones didácticas propuesto por Ibáñez (2007) parte de un enfoque interconductual, donde la conducta es entendida como interacción organismo-entorno, el aprendizaje como la realización de aproximaciones para cumplir o haber cumplido plenamente con un criterio de desempeño y/o resultado y el conocimiento como un estado disposicional a actuar cumpliendo determinados criterios de acierto o logro. El objetivo principal de este artículo es señalar su pertinencia como instrumento para la organización y análisis conceptual de las situaciones de aprendizaje que se configuran desde una perspectiva educativa ambiental.
