Abstract

Hozirgi kunda dunyoda inson huquqlarini ta’minlash OIV/OITS epidemiyasiga qarshi kurashishda muhim qurol ekanligi haqida aniq qarash mavjud. Bunda nafaqat OIV-infeksiyasi bilan yashayotgan odamlar, ularning oila a’zolari va yuqish xavfi yuqori bo‘lgan guruhlarning huquqlarini himoya qilish, balki har bir insonning OIV yuqishi usullari haqidagi ma’lumotlardan xabardor bo‘lish, profilaktika, davolanish va parvarishlash choralari va vositalaridan foydalanish huquqlari to‘g‘risida ma’lumot va tushinchalarga ega bo‘lish kerak.
