This release contains programming code written in the R language to implement 101 DNAm data preprocessing and normalization strategies as well as various DNAm predictors. These analytical strategies and predictors were implemented as part of a systematic evaluation of DNA methodology and the performance of DNAm predictors (see reference to preprint below). A systematic evaluation of 41 DNA methylation predictors across 101 data preprocessing and normalization strategies highlights considerable variation in algorithm performance: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.09.29.462387v1
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 1 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
