Abstract

Абдоминал хирургияда қорин олд девори чурраларини хирургик даволаш долзарб муаммолардан бири сифатида қолмоқда. Адабиётларда ер аҳолисининг ҳар 3-5 нафарида қорин ташқи чурраси борлиги таъкидланади. Чурра қайталанишининги асосий сабаблари қорин девори тўқимасининг тортилиши, ёки операция усулининг нотўғри танланиши ва жароҳат томонидан маҳаллий асоратлари туфайли юзага келади. Тадқиқот мақсади: қорин олд девори чурраларида аллогерниопластика учун қўлланиладиган турли хилдаги полипропилен материалларини индивудиал танлаш асосида хирургик амалиёт натижаларини ва беморларнинг ҳаёт сифат кўрсатгичларини яхшилаш. Тадқиқотда Бухоро вилоят кўп тармоқли тиббиёт маркази Абдоминал хирургия бўлимида 2006-2014 йилда қорин чурралари билан даволанган 331 нафар беморлар олиб борилган кузатувларни таҳлил қилдик. Шундан, ретроспетив гуруҳини 145 нафар бемор, асосий гуруҳини 108 нафар бемор ва назорат гуруҳини 78 нафар бемор ташкил этади. Тадқиқот натижалари шуни кўрсатадики, оператив даволашда индивидуал ёндошиш шартлари асосини чурранинг этиологик ва патогенетик хусусиятлари ташкил қилиб, ҳар бир беморга алоҳида оператив усулни танлаб кўлланиши операциядан кейинги натижаларнинг яхши якунланиши ва бемор ҳаёт сифатининг яхшиланишига олиб келади.
