Abstract

Ушбу мақолада жиноят ишини юритиш шакли, унинг мазмуни, таркиби, аҳамияти ҳақида сўз боради. Бугунги кунда жиноят-процессуал шаклни такомиллаштириш, терговга қадар текширув, суриштирув, дастлабки тергов, биринчи инстанцияда, апелляция, кассация инстанцияларида иш юритиш тартибини замон талабларига мослаштириш суд-ҳуқуқ соҳасида амалга оширилаётган ислоҳотларнинг муҳим йўналишларидан бирига айланган. Шунинг учун мақолада процессуал шаклларни дифференциациялаш ёки унификация қилиш масалалари ҳам атрофлича муҳокама қилинган. Шу билан бирга, ривожланган хорижий мамлакатлар тажрибаси орқали мазкур институтни ривожлантириш юзасидан асослантирилган таклифлар ҳам ишлаб чиқилган.
