Abstract

Kasbga yo’naltirishdan maqsad o’sib kelayotgan yosh avlodni kasbni ongli ravishda tanlashga tayyorlashdan iborat bo’lib, bu jarayon shaxsning bo’lg’usi kasbiy faoliyat subyekti sifatida shakllanish jarayonini o’taydi. Biologiya yo’nalishida uzluksiz ta’lim sifatini va ilm-fan natijadorligini oshirish chora-tadbirlari to’g’risidagi ma’lumotlar berilgan. Shuningdek kasbga yo’llash, kasb tanlash, uning ahamiyati va qo’shimcha kasblarni egallashga qaratilgan fikrlar keltiriladi.
