Behavioral recordings of mixed-sex zebra finch pairs with vocal segment annotations

Abstract

This dataset contains audio recording files and manually annotated vocal segments of pairs of freely behaving mixed-sex zebra finch pairs recorded in the BirdPark (one 7 min file per bird pair). The recordings contain animal-borne accelerometer, microphone and video channels. The dataset is published as an appendix of the following paper: Rüttimann, L., Rychen, J., Tomka, T., Hörster, H., Rocha, M. D., & Hahnloser, R. H. (2022).
