Abstract

Please be aware that this code is not being actively developed, as it is an archive of the code as it was at the time of publication in the associated F1000Research article. For the latest version of this code, please see https://sourceforge.net/projects/cyrface/.

Cyrface establishes an interface between R and Cytoscape by using different Java-R libraries, e.g. Rserve, RCaller. Cyrface can be used as a Cytoscape plug-in, e.g. to run R commands within Cytoscape, or used as a library to allow your plug-in to connect to R.
