This deliverable represents the overall Dissemination and Communication Strategy for the ACCEPT project during the project lifetime and lays the foundations on how dissemination and communication activities should be carried out, which dissemination materials will be provided and how the activities will be documented and evaluated. It is important to secure a high visibility of the project, to build project awareness and to promote accountability to justify the value of this innovation action. The creation of a Dissemination and Communication Plan at the early stage of the project, increases its impact and enhances subsequent exploitation opportunities. This report is delivered in the context of WP9 - Outreach activities for impact enhancement and delivers a Dissemination and Communication Plan (DCP) describing the project’s strategy, activities and implementation instruments. It will guide the ACCEPT dissemination and communication activities, as well as supporting materials and the continuous monitoring for assessing the results and impacts of the communication and dissemination activities. This deliverable describes how partners and pilot regions are collaborating for a successful dissemination and communication process. It also explains which communication procedures should be followed when reporting or disseminating an activity.
