Abstract

Este working paper describe el proceso para el diseño y elaboración de un Proyecto de Educación Digital (PED) siguiendo los principios del Design Thinking. Se desarrolla en 4 sesiones de duración variable. La primera sesión es la Fase de Descubrimiento que se implemena en tres pasos: (1) Cartografías del ecosistema educativo; (2) Exposición oral de las cartografías; (3) Definición de los desafíos. La segunda sesión corresponde con la Fase de Interpretación y se desarrolla en los siguientes pasos: (1) Debate sobre prácticas docentes con tecnologías vinculadas a los desafíos; (2) Identificación de prácticas docentes; (3) Saber hacer + Deseos y expectativas. La sesión 3 se ocupa de la Fase de Ideación, e incluye tres pasos: (1) Lluvia de ideas (brainstorming); (2) Elaboración de mapas conceptuales; (3) Priorización de las ideas expresadas en los mapas conceptuales. La última sesión se corresponde con la Fase de Experimentación e implica los siguientes pasos: (1) un prototipo para el PED; (2) retroalimentación sobre el PED; (3) comunicar el PED a toda la comunidad educativa.
