Some Reflections on Cybercrime. Managerial and Law Implications in Italy

The growing interest on cybercrime is related to the rapid diffusion of digital technologies. The necessity of a due diligence protocol for all countries is one of the main goals of European Commission and all states in the world. This behavior could avoid cross-border damage.The aim of this work is to give an overview on the main fields of investigation that are directly affected by cybercrime.
