Abstract

La recherche présentée dans ce présent article, contribue à l'étude des domaines du neuroleadership et de l'engagement organisationnel chez les employés au Maroc. En effet, l'objectif de notre recherche est de déterminer le rôle que joue le neuroleadership dans l'amélioration de l'engagement organisationnel. Mais avant de tester nos hypothèses pour répondre à la problématique, il est nécessaire de tester et de valider notre échelle de mesure (SCARF). Pour ce faire, nous avons mené une étude exploratoire pour contextualiser et valider le modèle SCARF de (Rock, 2008), qui représente les domaines du neuroleadership dans le contexte marocain. Ce modèle est composé de cinq dimensions du neuroleadership dans la littérature. Cependant, nous avons trouvé six dimensions selon notre étude exploratoire basée sur l'analyse en composantes principales.
