Molecular Oncology Almanac GK-Pilot Dataset

Abstract

An export of the Molecular Oncology Almanac (MOA) knowledgebase represented under the pilot GA4GH Genomic Knowledge framework championed by the VICC and ClinGen Driver Projects. Data files include: moa_gk_pilot_statements.ndjson: MOA evidence represented as genomic knowledge statements moa_gk_pilot_variation_descriptors.ndjson: MOA variation records represented as VRSATILE variation descriptors moa_gk_pilot_methods.ndjson: MOA curation methodology represented as a Method object
