Event Fund Impact Report (2020-2022)

Abstract

Code for Science and Society received an initial seed grant from The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation in support of a data science conference fund to administer awards for events in the data science community. This impact report was submitted to the Moore Foundation in August 2022 at the conclusion of the grant and details the observed initial impacts of the Event Fund from the last two years.

Funding for this project received by The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and The Wellcome Trust.
